MAGAZINE SPREAD
Illustration students were tasked with selecting an existing magazine and redesigning one of its spreads. The redesign had to retain the original copy while incorporating a compelling, original illustration that spanned both pages.
I chose Dungeon Magazine, a publication first released in 1986 for fans of Dungeons & Dragons and related role-playing content. The magazine features original adventures designed to enhance tabletop gameplay. For this project, I illustrated and redesigned the opening spread of the adventure titled “Into the Fire.”
