Graphic design students were asked to seek out products that underwent rebrands and refreshes in retail stores. After finding a physical version of the old and new design of one particular product, students were then asked to analyze the designs of both. Using professional design vernacular and terminology the designers were to compile their research and analysis of their product in both a slideshow and a video. Students need to make sure all physical sides of the product design are mentioned and covered along with a verdict on whether the new design is successful or not.
